The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Ughelli North Constituency II, Delta State, has passed a vote of confidence on Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
The vote of confidence was moved by Chief Fred Majemite and seconded by Mrs Queen Okpakowo
at a meeting held at the Oteri-Ughelli residence of former Secretary to the State Government, Chief Festus Agas.
Majemite lauded the Governor for appointing people from the constituency into various good positions in his administration.
He also noted that the Governor has also demonstrated his love for the constituency as could be attested to by the various ongoing projects in the area particularly the construction of Uduere Road, Okogbe Road, Friday Erue Road, Oke Street, Agadama Road and Okan/Agbarho Road amongst others.
Earlier, the Chairman of the party in the constituency, Chief Emmanuel Omodevuaye, commended members for their steadfastness and commitment to the ideals of the party.
He stressed the need for them to continue to close ranks, strengthen and build on the unity of the party.
He advised them to be good ambassadors of Governor Oborevwori and contribute their quota towards the actualization of the goal of advancing the State through the MORE agenda of his administration.

Pst kesiena Nomuoja, Dr Chris Oharisi, Chief Gabriel Ojoba,
Chief Ochuko Sakpaide, Chief Tony komoni, Barr Clement Osieta,
Olorogun (Dr) Isaac Akpoveta and
Chief Moses Erhabor.

Amb Richard Ovwrighederowho.
