Governor Ifeanyi Okowa today received on courtesy call the Director General of the National Centre for Disease Control NCDC Dr Chikwe Ihekweazu at Government House Asaba.
The NCDC boss was in Delta to assess the State’s response to the pandemic, discuss ways to ramp up testing of residents, and begin post lockdown plans.
The Governor thanked the Federal Government and the NCDC for their support in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and looks forward to building a stronger and more secure future for Deltans and Nigerians.
