“When we say that good people don’t die, they are not separated from the source of life which is God, even if physical death takes place, it is just the shedding of the Body, the person is still living.’’
Venerable Ekeh said Christians should demonstrate the right attitude to life, noting that those who demonstrate the right attitude to life are good people.
“Mama really made life very worthy to those who knew her and who came across her. She was a good woman.
“Those who came in contact with Mama testify that she was a lively woman, caring and a committed Christian, that as we gather today, we are saying that we are celebrating her life,” the Anglican cleric stated.
He charged the bereaved family to find solace in the word of God for the fact that, “Mama is not dead; Mama lives on forever, ” he said and called on the congregation to be good because good people don’t die; they live on forever.
