A Federal High Court sitting in Kano, on Thursday set aside the ruling of the FCT High Court suspending Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
The court, in its judgment delivered by Justice Lewis Allagoa, ordered the police and Department of State Security (DSS) to provide security to Oshiomhole to resume his role as national chairman of the ruling party, APC.
