Immediate past Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu has congratulated outgoing Chairmen of the Four Local Government Councils in Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, Delta State for their successful completion of their three years tenure running the affairs of the Councils.
Elumelu in a statement on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, expressed Joy and appreciation over the performance of the four Chairmen and said they were able to add value to the living standard of the people within a period of three years.
He said the Council Chairmen that includes, Hon. Kevin Okwechime; Aniocha North, Hon. Jude Chukwunwike; Aniocha South, Hon. Innocent Esenwezie; Oshimili North and Hon. Obi Kelvin Ezenyili; Oshimili South have demonstrated enough direction that made the people topmost in their policies and actions throughout their tenure.
Elumelu also congratulated the Vice-Chairmen, Councillors, the Supervisors and Secretaries to the Local Governments, as well as other outgoing political office holders at the Four Local Government Councils, even as he thanked them for working in unity with the various Council Chairmen to bring about human capital and infrastructure development in the Four Local Government Area within the Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency.
Elumelu particularly commended them for the astute management of the resources of their various Councils which he noted resulted in the harvest of people-oriented infrastructures in the four Local Government Areas
He also appreciated them for supporting the Prosperity for All Deltans Agenda of the immediate past Governor of the State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa as well as keying into the MORE Agenda of the present administration under Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwore. He also appreciated them for their continued and unwavering support for him.
Elumelu wished them well in their future endeavours and urged them not to forget all that they have learned at the Gotni Leadership Development Center, Abuja which he sponsored.
He affirmed that the capacity training, in no small measure contributed to their successful outing in their various Local Government Councils.
