The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF), has congratulated Dr. Paul Bebenimibo, on his recent appointment as the new Registrar, Nigeria Maritime University, NMU, Okerenkoko, describing it as not only prestigious and well deserved, but also a testament to his exemplary leadership and unmatched commitment to academic excellence.
