Davido, Seyi Tinubu, Halima Dangote, Others To Be Honoured By Novelty Charity Foundation

Nigerian music star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, renowned entrepreneur, Oluwaseyi Tinubu who is popularly known as Seyi Tinubu and billionaire businessman, Emeka Okonkwo, popularly known as E-money have been penciled down for Novelty Charity Award.

A statement by Lincoln Ibie, Executive Director, Novelty Charity Foundation (NCF) and Tijani Ali, West Africa Coordinator of the organisation, stated that Halima Dangote, Chief Emma Uduaghan, Regina Daniels, Maryam Babangida (posthumous), King Mohammed Adah, Mrs Owen Diana Omogiafo, Hon. Ahmed Isa, and Sir Sam Jonah are also, among those to bag awards at the occasion.

According to the organisers of the award ceremony, the theme for the award is “Project Humanity,” and it will hold on the 10th of October 2024 in Abuja, Nigeria.

“The Project Humanity event aims at establishing a significant role in advocating support and enhancing the lives and well-being of those in dire need through humanitarian support and developmental assistance.

“The purpose of the awards is to complements and appreciate notable Nigerians and Africans for their track records in imparting lives and contributing immensely to the needy in our various communities.

“Novelty Charity Foundation (NCF) will use the event to framework a platform to enact crucial discussions and elevate the status of women and children through transformative connections and opportunities.

“The event will attract men and women in leadership, including elective and appointive office positions, academia, political, business, religious, and youth leaders.

“Novelty Charity is a 501c non-profit organization based in the United States of America with an operational network in Nigeria, it is focused on supporting and complementing government efforts to address complex and fundamental societal challenges and the wellbeing of the good people living in our community.

“It is involved in game-changing interventions in areas of providing food, shelter, and medical support to less privileged who are not able to have access to the basic daily life needs,” the award organisers said.
