Executive Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government, Hon. Emma Bazim Chinye has, on behalf of the Local Government congratulated HRM, Obi Christopher Okafor Ogoh I, Obi of Ukwu-Nzu on the auspicious occasion of his 50th coronation anniversary.
In a statement on Saturday, Hon. Emma Bazim Chinye said for fifty years, the reign of the Monarch has ushered in peace, progress and prosperity for the people of Ukwu-Nzu.
“Let me, on behalf of the Government and People of Aniocha North Local Government Area, heartily rejoice and felicitate your Royal Majesty and the People of Ukwu-Nzu, on the auspicious occasion of your 50th anniversary and golden jubilee, on the throne of your forefathers.
“No doubt, your reign for fifty years has ushered in progress and prosperity for the Ukwu-Nzu People.
“This can be attested to by the sustainable peace that has prevailed in your Kingdom and the number of well to do sons and daughters, who proudly hold their heads high and have excelled in the larger society, as distinguished indigene of Nkwu Nzu.
“In the same vein, the numerous infrastructure developments that have taken place in Ukwu-Nzu are also a pointer to your peaceful reign,” Hon Chinye stated.
While assuring the monarch of more infrastructure development in his kingdom, the Council Chairman prayed to God Almighty, to grant the Obi good health, uncommon wisdom and many more glorious years on the throne as the Obi of Nkwu-Nzu.
