All is set for the 7th Annual Widows Xmas Party being sponsored by Anorich and Tina Foundation for indigent widows in Issele-Azagba in Aniocha North Local Government area of Delta State.
In a chat with Cshowcasenews.com in Asaba, the Chairman of the Foundation and Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Political Matters, Hon. Richard Anonyei revealed that over 100 indigent widows in Issele-Azagba and environ are being expected to participate in this year’s annual Christmas party.
Hon. Anonyei, popularly known as Anorich, said that the annual event has become a veritable avenue for him and his wife Tina, in the spirit of the season, to put smiles on the faces of poor widows in the society.
The event is billed for tomorrow, Thursday December 23, 2021 at late Pa Kenneth Okafor Anonyei Compound in Ogbe Ani quarters, Issele-Azagba and is expected to commence by 10 in the morning.
Participants at the Xmas Party, apart from the normal eating and drinking that is characterized by such an event, are expected to be gifted with Food Items, wrappers, and cash, courtesy of Hon. Richard Anonyei and his wife Tina.
Side attraction for the event will be dancing competition among the widows with Music to be supplied by DJ BIGGY.
