The transition of Chief Albert Chukwuka Dieyi, JP, Onishe of Issele-Mkpitime in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State has been announced.
His demise was formally announced by the family on Tuesday 8th December, 2020 in a statement made available to cshowcasenews.com.
According to the statement, late Chief Albert Chukwuka Dieyi passed on after a brief illness on Sunday 1st November, 2020 at the Ajulu Hospital, Issele-Uku, the administrative headquarters of Aniocha North Local Government area.
Until his death at age 77 years, he was a retired Management Staff of the Nigerian Breweries Plc and by a peculiar succession arrangement came back from London recently to commence the processes to his traditional call into the Obiship stool of Issele-Mkpitime as the next in line to the throne.
The Family in the statement, further announced that the funeral for their late Patriarch and traditional Chieftain will commence on Friday 11th December, 2020 with traditional and social wake, beginning by 6 pm at the Dieyi Family Compound, Idumu-Omo quarters, Issele-Mkpitime.
Saturday 12th December, 2020, the Body of late Chief Albert Chukwuka Dieyi will leave God’s Time Resting Home at Issele-Uku in a Motorcade by 8am to his Country Home at Issele-Mkpitime for lying-in-State and other funeral ceremonies.
Interment will follow immediately in his Country Home at Idumu-Omo quarters Issele-Mkpitime, thereafter guests will be received at the Dieyi Family Compound.
