Chief Nkem Okwuofu, a notable Political leader in Delta State has extended warm congratulations to Mama Suzanne Elumelu, the revered mother of Mr. Tony Elumelu and Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, on her 97th birthday anniversary.
