The budget, tagged “Budget of Advancement for MORE GAINS,” allocates 38.37% of the Budget (N2,945,990,011.00) for capital expenditure and 61.63% (N4,735,363,005.88) for recurrent expenditures.

The budget will be funded through statutory allocations, state statutory transfers, and internally generated revenue.
