As part of its 30th-anniversary celebrations, The Pointer Newspaper, a publication of the Delta Printing and Publishing Corporation (DPPC), has announced that Elder Emmanuel Ogidi, FNIPR, former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) South-South, will be recognized with the Leadership Icon and Long Service Award.
The prestigious recognition was formally communicated to the PDP chieftain in a letter signed by the Chairman of the DPPC Board, Chief (Dr.) Ebenezer Okorodudu, and the General Manager, Mr. Godfrey Obaka, a cremony that will take place on Monday, October 28, 2024, at the Grand Hotel, Asaba, with Prof. Sam Oyovbaire. to chair the occasion.
