Arrangement has been concluded to receive the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori in Issele-Mkpitime Kingdom, Aniocha North Local Government Area.
The Governor is scheduled to be in the Community on Friday, September 20, 2024 for the official presentation of Staff of office to the traditional ruler, His Royal Majesty, Obi Sunday Ubaka Ogboli, Obi of Issele-Mkpitime Kingdom.
In a statement on Tuesday by the Chairman, Planning Committee, Chief Paul Ngbanwa, the Secretary, Hon. Emeka Chiabua, the Governor will be visiting the community for the official engagement with members of the State Executive Council.
According to the Statement, the venue for the event is at the Enuofu Primary School, along Onicha-Olona Road, Issele-Mkpitime.
The event which will begin by 10 in the morning will also have the Executive Chairman of the Local Government, Hon. Emma Bazim Chinye, members of the Local Government as well as Members of the Aniocha North Traditional Rulers Committee in attendance.
While assuring a seamless reception for the Governor, and all other guests, the Committee extended an invitation to friends, well wishes of Issele-Mkpitime and the general public to the event.
The statement further urged the people of Issele-Mkpitime to come out in their numbers to accord the Governor and his entourage a rousing welcome.
