The Chairman of the Aniocha North PDP Media and Publicity Committee of the Campaign Council and Delta State Honourable Commissioner for Information, Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza has described the candidate of PDP in the forthcoming local government election in Aniocha North, Hon. Emma Chinye as a round peg in a round hole, affirming that he would drive his government on the basis of effective communication and feedback mechanism to achieve far-reaching results for his people.
Osuoza was speaking amidst the fact that Emma Chinye has carefully crafted his manifesto for the people of Aniocha North and has been selling it to them seamlessly.
The Commissioner said that it is one thing to have a good work plan and it is another thing to convince the people to accept the work plan.
According to him, Hon. Emma Chinye has been able to achieve this feat as a result of his grassroots reach and being a people’s person to the core.
Osuoza said that Aniocha North people are fortunate this time to have a thoroughbred grassroots mobiliser with the astuteness and sagacity to get the buy-in of the people towards his programmes and policies for governance.
